Walk n' Wag provides dog walking, puppy visits, and cat care
here in the Ottawa area. Our services are available year round including the blistering cold days of winter. We
also offer home care when you are away.
Our services always begin with an initial consultation. I like to schedule
a meeting so that you and your pet can meet me and you can share any special instructions or needs with me. During our
meeting I will:
- Provide you with an information sheet and client agreement. This information
is for my personal use only. It provides me with emergency contact information as well as special needs and walking
requirements for your dog.
- Ask for a set of keys or security code for access to your home.
- Make sure you have a sturdy leash and well fitting collar.
- Please note that in extreme weather conditions the visit duration time may be cut shorter. Walk
times are also affected as the well being of the dog is of the upmost importance.
Group Off-Leash Adventures - $15.00
Your
dog will be picked up from your home for either the morning or afternoon walk, and once all his group friends have been
picked up, it’s off to the park! Each walk consists of:
- A 45 minute walk, off-leash in the park (on-leash services available).
- All dog walkers are fully trained and must carry a cell phone for emergencies.
- Dogs are carefully supervised at all times.
- All dogs are provided with fresh water and treats!
Individual Walks - from $13.00
- A 30 to 45 minute walk with a proper fitting leash and collar in a park-like or
residentual setting.
- Your dog is provided with fresh water and treats when returned home.
- We try our best to properly train the dog(s) to walk to a heal on the leash but it is the responsibility
of the owner to ensure the dog is exercised and trained properly.
Cat Care - $10.00
All cat care visits include feeding, litter scooping, and refilling
the water dish. There is also a good dose of playtime and petting included. Additional services include mail pick
up and watering indoor plants if required.
Puppy Visits - $13.00 A 30 minute visit consisting of walking, playing, feeding and basic training.
Puppy
visits are the best way to give your new addition some attention during the day while you’re at work. This
will prevent serparation anxiety later on. We will come to your home and either take your puppy for an on-leash walk
or a trip to the backyard for some fresh air and exercise. We will also provide mid-day feeding and fresh bowls of water.
In case of puppy accidents, please have some cleaning supplies on close by.
